If you receive a floral arrangement that is damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders or special arrangements may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued for the product cost only; delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery was our error.
